In order to achieve net usable file sizes some newsletters have required considerable modification from the original printed versions.
Most of these newsletter files are password protected. Passwords are available to all financial members of VAPS.
If you are a financial member of VAPS and are not receiving an eNewsletter each month the most likely explanation is that you have not informed VAPS of your current working email address.
