In 2026, VAPS has capacity to support government schools to attend PIPS excursions or request a PICS incursion. Please see our events page to more information about these programs and contact the treasurer to discuss funding possibilities.
VAPS may have funding available (depending on a given year) to attend VAPS events, including Philosophy in Schools Events for students, Teacher Training, VCE Events, and the VAPS conference. This funding is available to any school (government, catholic, or independent) classified as regional or remote in Victoria.
All regional and rural teachers and schools can apply for grants for upcoming events at any time. To apply, simple email the treasurer here with the event you are wanting to attend and your school name. If funds are available we will consider your application.
