Introduction to Community of Inquiry Training (2022 Semester 1)

Level 1 - Community of Inquiry Training Aim: To give teachers and others sufficient practical understanding of philosophical inquiry with children in a Community of Inquiry (COI) setting to enable them to start practicing it in their own educational contexts.   VAPS has spent over 20 years developing and delivering this course to support newcomers in the COI methodology.

VAPS – VCE – Unit 4 Forum 2022

Each year VAPS hosts forums with academics to support VCE Philosophy. In 2022, our forum to support VCE Unit 4 will be held on Sunday, 31st July. Tickets are sold to schools, whose purchase allows all teachers and students from that school to attend. Tickets are available by requesting an invoice below.

Teacher Training in Community of Enquiry level 1

Introduction to the Community of Inquiry Training will run in Aug-Sep for Semester 2. These training sessions run across three Sundays, 7th August, 19th August, and 4th September. Training takes place at Brunswick East Primary School for Days 1 & 2, and Melbourne Museum for Day 3.
